DESCRIPTION

RXMA1 type intermediate relay



1、 Purpose:
Used in secondary circuits of power systems and industrial automation control circuits as an intermediate auxiliary to expand control circuits.
Structural Features
2.1 It can provide up to 7 pairs of dynamic closing or breaking and conversion contacts, with a compact structure.
2.2 The contact action can be tested by moving the armature through the small hole on the cover.
2.3 There are two types of coil excitation: AC and DC.
3、 Principle of Action
The RXMA1 intermediate relay is an electromagnetic snap on structure, consisting of an electromagnetic system and a contact system. When the coil is powered on, a magnetic field is generated by the iron core to attract the suction plate, which drives the spring to switch the contact circuit. The contact adopts dual contact, which has the advantages of low contact resistance, strong contact reliability, and large breaking load capacity. The inertia of the absorber design is very small, so this relay can withstand a certain amount of shock and vibration, and can withstand the impact of moderate seismic waves. The relay housing adopts the imported Combiflex structure.
4、 Technical data
4.1 Operating voltage: DC.<70% of rated voltage.
4.2 Return voltage: DC.>5% rated voltage.
4.3 Action time: The contact point for moving and closing should not exceed 40ms, and the contact point for moving and breaking should not exceed 30ms.
4.4 Coil power consumption:< 2W
4.5 Contact points are allowed to pass 5A current for a long time
When the time for passing current is less than 200ms, 90A current is allowed to pass through;
When the time for passing current is 1 second, it is allowed to pass 50A current.
4.6 Contact breaking capacity: 5A at AC: 250V (power factor>0.4) and 250VA.
DC: 2A at 250V (L/R=40ms) is 45W.
4.7 Insulation withstand voltage: 50Hz, 1min, 2kV.
4.8 Impulse voltage: 5kV.
4.9 Can withstand seismic waves with a moderate magnitude of 5-15Hz.
